Offering those who are in a business orientated environment, techniques & methods of how to manage your day to day lifestyles – Whilst being able to maintain a diet/fitness schedule.
Being a consulting construction manager myself, I have had to face the struggles of 14 hour days, day & night conversions, & long periods of night work. Each time adapting, & applying different techniques to ensure I stayed on course with my competition prep.
I’ll also be publishing previous competition footage, current training footage, current diets & diet costings, and the progress of making the transition from physique athlete to Bodybuilder.
