A new study says eating 2 eggs a day is the same for your heart as eating 2 eggs a week. It goes on to conclude that people should eat more eggs than what’s currently recommended since eggs, it turns out, are not unhealthy. This is bizarre since eggs are high in cholesterol, which leads to clogged arteries and heart disease. Ryan investigates.
