    Main appke sabhi videos bade dhyanse dekhati hoon aur usse apne jeevan main follow bhi karti hoon…hum canada main rehate hain yaha per 9 month winter snow fall hoti hain to hum bahar walk ke liye zaa nahi pate..main suryanamaskar, kapalbhati, anulom vinolom karti hoo..sirf bahar walk nahi za pati..ghar par hi hum walk kar lete hain…kya app humain margdarshan karenge ki yaha per kaise hum physically active rehe sakte hain…pls guide kijiye ki kaise hum yaha per hum excersise karke active rehe payenge..kin kin chize hum, change kar le taki hum physically fit rahe…
