Body by Fitz Fitness – 1000 Body Punch Combos Workout ( 500 ea. side)

Join, personal trainer, Fitz Houston, as he take you through the next INT/ ADVANCED level of the Body Punch Workout consisting of 1000 body punch combinations, 500 each side. When you throw combinations rhythmically, your punches snap more. The goal of this workout is to help you develop an arsenal of combinations which would make it impossible for an opponent to predict what you will throw next, which in turn makes the barrage of punches you throw impossible to block them all. DO NOT DO THIS WORKOUT if you have not learned the basic combinations we’ll be using in the Beg./Int. “Body Punch Workout.” video. As always, have fun go for it and keep me posted.
